MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it. We will indicate acceptance of your order when we send you a confirmation email with payment confirmation.
Payment by Paypal & major Credit/Debit Cards.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day once we have received the payment confirmation as long as all goods are in stock. If any item is out of stock, we will notify you before dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delay in transit. We will always obtain a receipt/proof of posting for every order dispatched.
RETURNS
We hope you find when buying from vanillavaza totally satisfactory, however, if you are not completely happy with your purchase or would like to cancel your order, we will exchange/refund your item (see conditions below) if you let us know within 7 days of the date you received the item.
Orders returned to us will not receive a refund for postage.
FAULTY GOODS
You are eligible to get a full refund if we have sent you the wrong item(s) or if we have sent you damaged goods. (Note that we are not responsible for damage caused in transit by royal mail).
In both cases you can ask for a full refund or a replacement item.
The refund will be issued to the original debit or credit card on which the original purchase was. We will send you an email to confirm the refund.
We will also reimburse you for the cost of returning any item to us when you have received the wrong item(s) or damaged goods. Please include the postage receipt in the package.
A refund or replacement will be issue only when the item(s) will be on our possession. (use a secure or recorded delivery method which requires a signature on delivery)

UNWANTED GOODS
If you receive an item that you wish to return, you may do so within 7 days of the date you receive the item.
Returned items must be unused in their original, unopened condition. It’s your responsibility until they reach us.
Once we have received the item and checked if it meets our requirement and conditions, we shall make the full refund to you.

GUARANTEE
All goods offered by the company are guaranteed to meet statutory requirements. However, Vanilla Vaza will not take any responsibilities where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
OUR LIABILITY
If we do not deliver or if the products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, our only obligation will be, at our option to:
1. Make good any shortage or non-delivery or incorrect delivery;
2. Replace any products that are damaged or defective;
3. Refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question.
We shall have no liability to you for any consequential, special or indirect losses including without limit loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings damage to or loss of goodwill, reputation or data.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, our total aggregate liability to you under and/or arising in relation to this contract shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Products.
Nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence.
Nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit your statutory rights.
CHANGES IN TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the www.vanillavaza.com website.
